Covid-19 Tedbirleri Kapsamında Üniversitemiz öğrencilerine Daire Başkanlığımız Hekimlerince Durum Bildirir Sağlık Raporu verilmeyecektir. Söz konusu raporun Aile Sağlığı Merkezi ve Hastanelerden alınması gerekmektedir.
Within the Scope of Covid-19 Precautions, a Health Report will not be given to the students of our University by the Physicians of our Department. The said report must be obtained from the Family Health Center and Hospitals.
